Aspects of CCVT Legal Structure1. Receive and use both public and private sector funding2. Make grants and loans to other organizations 3. Enter into legal contracts to serve the purposes of its mission and goals 4. Hold tax exempt status under PA law 5. Develop voluntary association of private citizens 6. Perform the specific roles defined within the Crawford County Roadmap 7. Assume new roles and responsibilities as defined by its Board of Directors 8.
