Marketing Action Team - To Be Implemented Goals Develop and implement a county wide economic development marketing strategy focused on high value and high quality opportunities.
Prioritized Strategies 1. Form a countywide marketing council representing the key economic development interests of the county.
2. Prepare a three year marketing plan that reflects the top priorities of existing business expansion, new business start-up and recruitment, young talent retention and recruitment, and tourism.
3. Devise a funding and implementation strategy for the marketing program.
4. Implement the plan and track progress against approved measures.
