Prioritized Strategies
1. Realign all public and private sector workforce, education and services focused on enhancing the county's human resources. 2. Introduce new criteria for all existing public incentives programs to give companies greater incentive benefits for upgrading the pay and skill levels of existing jobs and creating new high quality jobs in the county. 3. Eliminate all redundancies county wide and maximize the available training resources for maximum benefit of the county. 4. Coordinate a marketing strategy to support the county's business development efforts.
